Member Dues and Types:
Annual Dues: $75 per calendar year (+ $5.00 late fee after March 1)
Professional
Medical Staff Services Professionals having responsibility in medical staff and/or healthcare provider activities. Professional members shall pay dues and shall be eligible to vote and hold office.
Corporate
Corporate members shall be those corporations (e.g. vendors) having responsibility for healthcare providers. They shall pay dues but not be eligible to vote or hold office.
